J&M Energy has successfully negotiated hundreds of leases with mineral and land owners on numerous projects in Michigan. We take great pride in being responsive to the needs of land owners, especially in the siting of oil and gas operations when warranted.  Most land owners may only see an oil and gas lease a few times during their lifetime and generally have lots of questions.  We understand that and take the time to answer all questions.  J&M Energy uses the Michigan Standard Lease so that landowners can be sure they are treated fairly and according to industry best practices.
